These are different cakes and projects I have done in the past. These range from school projects, to cakes I did at my internship, to cakes I have done on my own for friends and family. I am hoping to continue to grow this portfolio, and continue to gain more experience. Doing cake projects on my own taught me how to manage my time efficiently between work and my everyday life. I learned how to fix problems myself when they occurred since I had no one else to fix them for me. I also like doing cakes on my own because I can be as creative as I want to be. These cakes range in mediums from buttercream to fondant to chocolate. I have also gotten the experience of pricing out my own costs for cakes people pay me to do. This way I have to cost out the materials needed for the cake, as well as the profit I would make on the cake.
